NEW FOR 2025:
Anniversary Entry
As a way to commemorate this year’s 200th Anniversary of the incorporation of Ebensburg Borough, the committee is accepting an “Anniversary Entry” in any of the five categories and would need to be significant to Ebensburg in some way. Anyone submitting an “Anniversary” entry may submit up to three entries this year.
Phil Brulia Memorial Award
Art in Bloom recently lost one of its founding members, Mr. Phil Brulia. Phil was a gifted and talented local artist who, along with his wife Amy, was instrumental in starting Art in Bloom and keeping it going for all these years. As a way to honor Phil’s memory and all that he’s devoted to our community, the Art in Bloom committee members are sponsoring the 2025 Phil Brulia Memorial Award.
