                EBENSBURG’S VOLUNTEER NIGHT & MAIN STREET HAPPY HOUR

Ebensburg – On Thursday, September 14th, the Ebensburg Main Street Partnership will host a volunteer appreciation night and Main Street member mixer at Lake Rowena to recognize their event volunteers and allow business members an opportunity to network.

“We host a special night of food, entertainment and prizes each year to thank our volunteers for all of their help throughout the year,” said Danea Koss, Community Development Director.  “We also host a member mixer once or twice a year as an opportunity for our business members to network, so we figured, why not host them together.”

The event will run from 6 to 9 pm and will feature a buffet-style dinner, live music and presentation of Volunteer of Year to this year’s recipient, Mr. Dave Huber.

Although this event is by invitation only, the Main Street Partnership is always seeking new business members as well as volunteers for our annual schedule of events like: Art in Bloom; Wheels & Wings; Downtown Shutdown & Homecoming; PotatoFest and Dickens of a Christmas in December.
