- Approx dates: 7/16 – 9/1
- Scope:
- E High St, from N Caroline St to Rowena Drive
- 42009 – North Center St – SR 422 – PENN DOT
- Approx dates: 9/2 – 9/26
- Scope:
- E High St from N Caroline to N Julian St
- N Center from E High to W Sample St
- 13091 – N Julian St
- Approx Dates: 9/29 – 11/28
- Scope:
- N Julian from W Horner to W Highland Ave
- W Milton St from N Julian to N Cherry
- N Cherry from W Milton to W Highland Ave
- N Cherry from W Horner going south to the alley.
