Terry Carcella
Ebensburg employs a Borough Manager to oversee the day-to-day affairs of municipal government. The Manager is charged with responsibility for finance and budgeting, purchasing and all administrative borough matters.
Mr. Carcella provides direction and control for all municipal departments. He reports to Borough Council, implements the policies of Council and serves as liaison between the Council and residents.
