The Boil Water Advisory has been lifted.

Today is June 19, 2025. The Ebensburg Municipal Authority Water Department was doing a new water line tie-in on West Highland Avenue.
Customers on West Highland Avenue, 700 block of North Julian Street to 700 block of North Spruce Street, that lost water are on a boil water notice.
This advisory will be in effect for the West Highland Avenue, 700 block of North Julian Street to 700 block of North Spruce Street area served by the Ebensburg Municipal Authority.
The water company cannot confirm when the advisory will be lifted. Loss of pressure can interfere with disinfection and provide a medium for microbial growth. Low pressure may indicate the presence of disease-causing organisms. The organisms include bacteria, viruses, and parasites, which can cause symptoms such as nausea, cramps, diarrhea and associated headaches.
All affected customers are advised not to drink their water without boiling it first. Bring the water to a boil, let it boil for one minute and then let it cool before using it, or use bottled water.
The Ebensburg Borough will notify you when the advisory is lifted.
